Terms of Service

1. WHO WE ARE
CuraPoland is a service operated by DHM Agency sp. z o.o., ul. Smoleńska 53, 85-871 Bydgoszcz, Poland, NIP 9532804608 ("CuraPoland", "we", "us"). Contact: support@curapoland.com. CuraPoland helps patients — primarily in the UK and Ireland — find, compare and arrange dental treatment at clinics in Poland. By purchasing a service you agree to these Terms.
2. WHAT CURAPOLAND IS — AND IS NOT
2.1. CuraPoland is an information, matching and coordination service. We help you identify suitable clinics, collect quotes on your behalf, and (in the Concierge package) help arrange your trip.
2.2. CuraPoland is not a dental or medical provider. We do not provide dental treatment, diagnosis or medical advice. Any treatment is provided by the clinic you choose, under a separate agreement between you and that clinic.
2.3. The treatment contract is between you and the clinic. Clinics are independent businesses. We are not a party to your treatment and do not control clinical decisions, clinic pricing or treatment outcomes.
2.4. Clinic listings, quotes, "signals" and rankings help you decide. They are not a recommendation to undergo any specific treatment and do not replace the judgement of a qualified dentist.
3. OUR SERVICES AND PRICES
- Clinic directory — Free. Browse and search verified clinic listings at /clinics.
- Smart Match — £89 (standard £159). We contact up to 20 matched clinics for you and deliver a report: recommended clinics, side-by-side comparison with response status, indicative quotes and consultation fees, plus a live dashboard.
- Concierge — £369 (standard £599). Everything in Smart Match, plus a personal coordinator, consultation scheduling, a structured treatment plan, and full trip coordination (flights/hotel suggestions, logistics).
- Upgrade Smart Match → Concierge — £289 (the difference), available any time during your case.
3.1. Prices are in GBP and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Promotional prices apply while shown.
3.2. Consultation and treatment fees are paid by you directly to the clinic, not to CuraPoland. They are set by the clinic and shown to you before you commit.
4. PAYMENT
4.1. Payment for Smart Match and Concierge is taken at checkout via our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your card details.
4.2. We issue an invoice for each purchase, showing your case reference number.
5. THE QUOTE GUARANTEE
5.1. Quotes usually within 48 hours, guaranteed within 7 days — or your money back. If we do not deliver at least three genuine clinic quotes within 7 days of your Smart Match purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of the Smart Match fee.
5.2. The guarantee is objective (number of genuine quotes delivered), not based on satisfaction with the quotes. It closes once the report condition is met.
5.3. To claim, contact support@curapoland.com. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
6. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS (CONSUMER RIGHTS)
6.1. As a consumer you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a service bought at a distance (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; equivalent EU consumer law). Because you usually want clinics contacted right away, at checkout you expressly request that we begin the service during the cancellation period. If you then cancel before the service is complete, we may charge for what we have already done; once the service is fully performed (your report is delivered) the right to cancel is lost.
6.2. The quote guarantee in section 5 applies regardless of the above.
6.3. Concierge: trip-related bookings (flights, hotels) are made by you with third-party providers and are subject to their cancellation terms. We are not responsible for third-party refunds.
7. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
7.1. You provide accurate information about your treatment needs. Quotes and plans depend on it.
7.2. Any quote or treatment plan is indicative until confirmed by the clinic after consultation, and may change based on clinical examination.
7.3. You are responsible for your own decisions about treatment, travel, insurance and aftercare.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CuraPoland is not liable for the clinical treatment, its outcome, or for acts or omissions of clinics or other third parties.
8.2. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).
8.3. Subject to 8.2, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid CuraPoland for that service.
9. DATA PROTECTION
We process your personal data — including health data — as described in our Privacy Policy. Health data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent and shared with clinics only as described there.
10. CHANGES AND GOVERNING LAW
10.1. We may update these Terms; the current version is published at curapoland.com. Material changes will be communicated.
10.2. These Terms are governed by Polish law. As a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence (e.g. the UK or Ireland) — these Terms do not take those rights away.
